To enter DreamFund download one of our entry forms. The short form gives you the chance to tell us about your dream and why it is important to you. Shortlisted entrants will be invited to London for an all expenses paid weekend where you will meet our judges and have a chance to tell them about your dream.
Whether you are 6 years old or 86 years old you can enter. The DreamFund is open to people with diabetes of any age who monitor their blood glucose.
If you are under 16 then you will need permission from a parent or guardian to enter the competition.
