These days we all end up doing things on the run – but sometimes it’s also the easiest way to do it! So we’ve set up a facility where you can order your meter battery and diary by texting ‘BATTERY’ or ‘DIARY’ to us, and all it will cost is your standard network rate.

The only time you’ll need to go online is initially, to set up the facility, by making sure you have added your mobile number to your Bayerdiabetes.co.uk account so we know who to send supplies to in future when you send us a text.
