Where do I get my BREEZE 2 test strip discs from?

You can obtain these on prescription from your GP and then have them dispensed by your local pharmacy or purchase these online. The prescription code is: 329-3131 (UK), 15403 (Ireland). 

What happens if I can't get my test strip prescription fulfilled?

If you find yourself in a situation where your phamacist is unable to completely fulfil your test strip prescription as quickly as you might expect, it can be difficult to know what to do. If this happens to you, there are some alternative options to try:

• You don't have to take your prescription to the pharmacy next to your GP surgery. If your local pharmacy is out of stock of test strips, you could try another pharmacy to see if they can help. But always make sure the pharmacist has all the items on your prescription before you leave it behind, as a partially fulfilled prescription cannot be redeemed elsewhere.
• You could also choose to visit an online pharmacy that can handle single and repeat prescriptions, NHS or private.
