3 Easy Steps

Bayer's CONTOUR is easy to use straight out of the box:

1. Insert the grey end of the CONTOUR test strip into the meter.

2. Lightly touch test strip to drop of blood and hold until meter beeps.

3. The test result will be displayed after a 5 second countdown.  To turn the meter off, simply remove the test strip.

When you’re ready, you can activate level two to personalise your blood glucose testing:

• Press M to turn your meter on.
• Press and hold Up Arrow or Down Arrow for 3 seconds.
• L-1 will flash.
• Press Up Arrow or Down Arrow to change to L-2.
• Press M to set.
