When you open your meter box for the first time, you’ll have full instructions from the manufacturer. Make sure you read them with your mum and dad or carer and then keep them in a safe place.
Sometimes it’s easier to just keep everything on your computer, and more friendly to the environment too. If you’d rather do this, you can just download the instructions manuals you need. You could create a folder on your PC called “Diabetes” and save the manuals there, so it’s easy to remember where to find them.
